Free UK delivery - takes 3 -5 working days

Free delivery to Europe on orders over £40.00 - takes 5 -10 working days

Free delivery to the USA & Canada on orders over £40.00 - takes 7 - 15 days

Delivery to the rest of the world costs £10.00 - takes 10 - 15 days

For your convenience all UK orders under £46 are sent via first class recorded delivery and require a signature on receipt. Higher value items are sent to you via Special Delivery and also require a signature.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our London studio.

Orders placed on a weekend or national holiday will be dispatched on the next working day providing we have the item in stock.

Your order will be dispatched to the address you, the buyer, have specified on your order form and the risk will be transferred to you. All US taxes are calculated by Shopify at time of payment.

 We will try our best to deliver your order within the estimated time about but can not take responsibility for the item(s) once they have been delivered to the address provided by you, the buyer, and signed for. 

Returns and Exchanges

Sally and her small team of helpers make and dispatch all of the products on from her London studio so we ensure that the quality control department is working well at all times. We also pride ourselves on our good customer service.

We know that on the odd occasion you may find fault with the product or the product may be faulty.

If your purchased item is a commission piece or has been tailored to your requirements then the cost will not be refunded. However, if it breaks then we will try to repair it free of charge if it is our fault.

If you would like to return a faulty item please feel free to phone Sally on 07788703601 to have a chat about it and we will phone you back to save you the cost of the phone call. If you are a bit shy and don't want to talk then please notify us via email to and then send the item back via Royal Mail recorded delivery and email us the tracking number stating the reason for the return.

We require you, the buyer, to pay for return postage. However, if the item is found to be faulty or broken then we will refund the postage and the price of the item. We will not refund the original postage costs.

If you would like to exchange the product for a different product then please state this. If the product you swop it for costs more than the original item then we can arrange for you to pay the difference before we ship you the product.

Please note that due to hygiene regulations earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
