Celebrate the Suffragettes with this beautiful pin handcrafted in London

The imagery on this pin is inspired by the Parliamentary scrolls on which the Representation of the People Act is written upon and is from the 'New Dawn' jewellery collection commissioned by The Houses of Parliament in 2016 & 2018. The design is resist printed onto aluminum by hand then dyed green. The alumnium is polished to give it a shiny surface prior to printing and is completely colourfast.

This pin is the perfect gift for a history hungry feminist. Green is one of the colours associated with the most recognised suffragette, Emmeline Pankhurst. Green signified hope to the suffragettes and was featured, alongside white and purple, on all of their organisation's banners whilst they campaigned for emancipation.

Also available in purple and red.

Complete the look with earrings in green or purple.
