Sally Lees (London) Contemporary Jewellery

The Designer

Designer Sally Lees creates beautiful jewellery with an emphasis on sophisticated men’s cufflinks in her central London studio at Cockpit Arts.

After studying an art and design BA in the North of England Sally decided to move to London in 2000 and was accepted for a place at Cockpit Arts amongst a wealth of London’s most talented designer makers.

Whilst her business was still in its infancy Sally worked part time first at the Crafts Council and then at Craft Central. The experience of working for organisations and learning about the support designer makers are offered in London was invaluable to her business.

In 2007 she decided to concentrate solely on her business and hasn’t looked back since. She sells mostly retail over the internet and at small craft and design shows. You can see her collections at Greenwich Market every Saturday.

Sally likes to keep production on a small scale and enjoys a hands on approach to her making and hopes to continue doing so in the future.
