- TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by our customers
once the Sales Order Form has been signed and dated or on receipt of
Sales Order by telephone, post, fax, Paypal, or by any other mode of communication.
- PRICES & SPECIFICATION
Goods will be invoiced at prices current at date of order. We reserve the
right to alter prices or specifications sited on the website www.sallylees.com without notice.
We also reserve the right to alter prices quoted for commission work within the period of validity of any
quotation given for commission works.
- CARRIAGE
Carriage & packing is £5.00 for UK orders and is subject to change.
All orders are despatched by Special Delivery unless otherwise stated. Carriage for international orders will
be calculated on request. Please contact Sally Lees on 07788703601 for a quotation
- RETURNS
You may return your purchase within seven days unworn if it is not to your liking and receive a full refund for
the goods less postage paid on the original order. Return postage will also not be refunded.
You may also change your purchase for a piece of jewellery from the Sally Lees (London) Contemporay Jewellery jewellery collection
equivalent in price during the same period of time.
Please contact 07788703601 if you wish to return goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- CANCELLATION OF COMMISSIONED ORDERS
Each commission order is individually crafted to your specification. Therefore returns
will not be accepted except by prior arrangement agreed with us. A charge will be
made for work undertaken upon the time the written notification of
cancellation is received.
- REPAIRS
In the unlikely event that your cufflinks become damaged or broken please contact us on 07788703601
to discuss repairs. We will assess the damage and will charge for the repair only if the fault is not
that of Sally Lees (London) Contemporary Jewellery.
- DELIVERY
Subject to availability we endeavour to supply goods by the requested
delivery date. We accept no responsibility or liability for orders being detained at customs in either the UK or abroad
nor for items delayed due to terrorism or acts of God (volcanic eruptions, tidal waves etc).
Every effort is made to send complete orders: however, we
reserve the right to make part deliveries due to external factors beyond our
control. You will be notified of items that can not be despatched for immediate
delivery and they will be despatched at a mutually agreed date. It is at our
discretion to rectify any non delivery either by way of further delivery
or by issue of a credit note. We can not accept liability for loss or
damage arising from non-delivery.
- DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
If on delivery, goods are found to be defective then we must be notified in
writing within seven days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will
be accepted. In the event that we require the return of goods then we
reserve the right to specify the method of return, it is at our discretion
to either replace the goods or issue a Credit Note.
- PRODUCT
All Jewellery is individually created and although Sally Lees (London) Contemporary Jewellery
tries to ensure the similarity of colours and sizes, these may vary in comparison to
those advertised on this and other websites and in the press.
- RETENTION OF TITLE & RISK
All goods supplied remain our sole and absolute property both in law and
in equity until you have paid us the full invoiced price (including carriage
charged where applicable).
- COPYRIGHT
Products are based on our own intellectual property rights and we retain
absolute copyright of these, actionable in law for any breaches thereof.
- PAYMENT TERMS
All orders require full payment on confirmation of order.
All goods must be paid for prior to despatch.
- VARIATIONS OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any variation of these terms and conditions will only be recognised where
we have provided written agreement.
- COVERING LAW
These Terms and Conditions and every contract made pursuant hereto and
all disputes arising in any way out of or affecting these Terms and
Conditions and every contract aforesaid shall be governed in all respects
by, and in accordance with, current English law and the
nonexclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
